*Appraisals:

Fine art is an asset that needs to be protected. Most fine art, whether paintings, works on paper or sculptures, may not be covered under your standard insurance policy. In order to insure your valuable art your insurance company will likely prefer an appraisal of each piece by an accredited appraiser. In the unfortunate instance of loss having an appraisal will establish a solid basis for your insurance claim.

Linda Matthews is a Certified Member (CAPP) with the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) and she has worked with clients throughout the nation. She specializes in fine art appraisals for insurance, fair market value, estate planning and charitable donations for private and corporate collections.

 All reports are written in compliance with the most current Uniformed Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and IRS guidelines.
