In 1939 Paul Shapiro was born in Boston. In 1970 he saw an exhibition in Paris and it inspired his passion for landscapes. His pursuit of landscapes took form in his 1982 move to Santa Fe, New Mexico. He still lives and continues to create art in New Mexico.
